One way is by consuming beans: A study of eight men found that hormone levels were doubled after a meal containing beans compared to a low-fiber meal containing rice. There is also some evidence that beans can keep your blood sugar steady so you can quench your hunger more. Beans are also high in fiber so they can lower your cholesterol.
